Senior - Swing Mooring 

Mooring ball for 20' to 45' vessels. 
 
Senior Membership on a SWING MOORING starting at $4,025* annually ($7,025 in Year 1)
*Annual dues & select fees available at 50% off for new members who are 50 years old and younger. 

Fee Details
  • Club Initiation: $3,000 (plus $100 per linear foot over 30 feet)
    • Example 30' Boat = $3,000 
    • Example 40' Boat = $4,000
  • Annual Dues & Capital Contribution: $3,516
  • Seasonal Mooring Fee: $16.96 (per linear foot) ​

Senior - Dock 

Docks for 20' to 50' vessels. Brand new docks installed in 2023! 
 
Senior Membership on a DOCK starting at $4,970 annually ($14,970 in Year 1)
 
Fee Details
  • Club Initiation: $3,000 (plus $100 per linear foot over 30 feet)
    • Example 30' Boat = $3,000
    • Example 40' Boat = $4,000
    • Example 50' Boat = $5,000
  • Dock Right: $7,000 (plus $200 per linear foot over 30 feet**)
    • Example 30' Boat = $7,000
    • Example 40' Boat = $9,000
    • Example 50' Boat = $11,000
  • Annual Dues & Capital Contribution: $3,516
  • Seasonal Dock Fees: $48.45 (per linear foot of the greater vessel length or assigned dock length)

**Payment plans are available. Dock Right purchase price is refundable, less a $700 administration fee, in your first two years of Senior Membership, and upon the sale of that Dock Right to another National Yacht Club Member.

Senior - Drysail

Dry parking on trailers with crane launch and haul, maximum 30' and 4000 lbs.

  • Club Initiation*: $1,000 
    • ​​*$500 for new members who are 30 years old and younger.
  • Annual Dues & Capital Contribution: $3,516
  • Summer Storage Fee: $465.51 (maximum 24' and 3,000 lbs)

  • Dining Minimum: $55 per month
  • Annual Volunteer Hours: 25 hours or $75 per hour

Dinghy

Dinghy parking, maximum 17' and 600 lbs.

  • Summer Storage Fee: $171.50 (maximum 24' and 3,000 lbs)
