The Club is taking prudent steps to impose and enforce appropriate protocols to keep Members safe, but we cannot assure you that you will not contract or transmit COVID-19 while at the Club. You agree, acknowledge, and understand that you visit the Club at your own risk, which includes the increased risk of contracting COVID-19 associated with leaving your home. You acknowledge and agree that the Club will not be liable in any way if you contract or transmit COVID-19 as a result of your use of or attendance at the Club. Further, the Club will not be liable in any way for the failure of you or anyone else to comply with the directives, recommendations, protocols, or orders of Governments, Health Authorities, or the Club.

In compliance with current provincial government regulations, National Yacht Club is responsible for obtaining name and contact information for at least one person per household in every party of patrons that come onto Club property each day, and keep on record for one month to share only with Toronto Public Health, a medical officer of health or an inspector under the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
